ARE ALL PACHISLO MACHINE USED?

Yes, all Pachislo machines we sell are used but are professional refurbished. It would look in almost new condition but may have a minor scratches, satins and cigarette burns. 

Machines we sell are NOT FOR GAMBLE. PERSONAL USE ONLY.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT OR NOT ON THE WEBSITE. WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK AGAIN? CAN YOU FIND IT FOR ME?

If you can let us know which specific Pachislo you are looking for, we could find it.

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at support@pachislomarket.com

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at support@pachislomarket.com

WHY IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT APPEARING?

Once your package has shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on a carrier’s website. This is due to the timing of updates made by the carrier’s tracking system. If it has been more than a few days since receiving shipping confirmation and you do not see tracking information, please contact customer service at support@pachislomarket.com

I ORDERED THE WRONG STUFF! WHAT DO I DO?

Once you place an order at Pachislo Market, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please contact customer service at support@pachislomarket.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will be processed for shipment within two to four business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays. Items normally ship via Fedex or EMS (might be different with the timing you purchase). Actual transit times are 5 to 10 days from shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. 

TIMING OF BILLING

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. Most orders ship within two to four days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

No, taxes are included in all of our items.

But, by following Japan Customs Export guidelines, we are not able to undervalue on custom declaration for any shipments.
Customs duty may be charged when the package arrives at the customs in your country.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
